Run a supplier’s HACCP plan against the Hazards Guide.

Pick the species and process, upload the plan as it came from the plant (PDF or Word) or paste the text, and get a finding for every hazard the Guide expects for that product, cited to the chapter and table, with the Guide text it rests on and a link to FDA’s page so you can check the work. No account, no card. The plan is discarded when the result comes back and is not stored unless you ask for the report by email.

PDF, Word (.docx) or .txt. A scanned PDF with no text layer will not read. Email it to hello@keelsure.com and we will run it and send the report back. A plan in Spanish, Vietnamese or another language is read as written; note that the affirmative step itself requires an English copy on file.

Where the plan goes: to our server and, for the review itself, to Anthropic’s API, which does not train on it. It is discarded when the result is returned and is not stored unless you ask for the report by email. If the plan is under NDA, blank out the plant’s name before you upload. The review does not use it.
